Pearl Tower

The Pearl Tower in Shanghai, China.  I thought I had posted some of these before – but this was one of the buildings on what Josh called “Matt’s tall building tour” because when in foreign countries, there was often an observation deck / tourist attraction in the tall buildings.  I think we did end up going up in this one, though I’m not convinced I was the primary driver for the visit.  And, yes, tall buildings get old quickly, but when in a foreign country over the weekend, they’re something to see – it’s not like we took kayaks with us, nor would we have wanted to be in the river anyway.
